of DPS Dubai, has won the Prestigious Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al
Maktoum Award for Distinguished Academic performance. Rohit
Krishnakumar is the son of TN Krishnakumar (CETA Alumini, 1995-2001 in
Muscat/Oman, He was formal General Secretary of KEF ) and Geethu
Krishnakumar who are at present in Dubai,UAE.
Rohit received
his award from Sheikh
Hamdan on 26th April 2010, at Rasheed Hall, World trade
centre exhibition halls at Dubai
7pm for the academic
excellence.

Sanjay Jaleel, S/.O Er.Jaleel, GECT
makes a mark at film festival
Thirteen year old Sanjay
Jaleel's first film "Luke Birthday" was among 40 short films screened;
screenplay,
 story
and direction all by him.
He is only 13 year
old but quite an accomplished young chap. The boy studying in Grad VII
at the Indian School A Ghubra is the youngest participant
at the sixth Muscat International Film Festival (MIFF). Thirteen year old Sanjay
Jaleel’s first film Luke’s Birth day was among the 40 short films screened at
the various venues of the Muscat International Film Festival. It was selected
from the 8 short films that were entered in the foreign film category
(competition section) to be screened at the festival. “He is the only child

CONDOLENCES
 The
members of KEF offer their heart felt condolences on the sad demise of
Mr.Santhosh kumar ( 50), 1984 Batch Civil , TKM Alumni on Thu.17.Dec09 due to
cardiac arrest. He was working with M/S Sam trading.
He is survived by
his wife Girija ( Working as teacher in SQU Nursing college ) and children
Swathi( 9th std), Saran ( 8th std) studying in Indian School, Al Gubra
We pray the almighty
God to grant eternal peace to the departed soul and grant his bereaved family
members the strength & courage to bear the irreparable loss
